Comedian Paul Smith Announces Extra Dates at Coventry Building Society Arena After Sell-Out Success
Comedian Paul Smith has announced new dates at Coventry Building Society Arena after phenomenal demand saw his first two scheduled nights sell out.
The Liverpool comedian has added two new dates to his Pablo Tour and will return to the popular Coventry live entertainment venue on Friday 30 May and Saturday 31 May 2025.
He will first play to two sold-out crowds in the stadiums’ Indoor Arena on 31 January and 1 February 2025.
The comedy show titled ‘Pablo’ is to be his biggest and funniest tour to date. The dates in Coventry will feature his trademark audience interaction and true stories from his everyday life.
Paul was previously crowned Liverpool's New Comedian of the Year and was also a finalist in the prestigious Leicester Comedian of the Year competition.
Tickets have been in high-demand across the country and the shows come as Coventry Building Society Arena ramps up its schedule of live events and entertainment under ‘CBS Live’, with events booked in its Indoor Arena and Auditorium.
Paul Michael, Managing Director at Coventry Building Society Arena, said: “We’re excited to announce two further nights of Paul Smith at the venue after seeing huge demand for tickets to his shows at the start of next year.
“As a venue we are committed to growing and developing our live events proposition, which will enable us to be a destination for the very best live music, comedy and events.
“The sellout dates for Paul Smith prove that there is a real passion, desire and demand for comedy in Coventry. We will be looking to bring more acts of Paul Smith’s calibre to Coventry as we establish the Arena as a premier venue for live comedy.
“We’re expecting tickets to sell fast again for the new dates and would recommend fans get in quick to secure their seats.”
Paul Smith’s shows at Coventry Building Society Arena are restricted to age 16 and over. The shows will be fully seated in the Indoor Arena, with the performance starting at 8pm.
Tickets are priced at £31 plus fees. Tickets for the new dates are now on sale at [web address].
